📋 Terms & Conditions

All prices (Option 1: £6.50, Option 2: £10.50, Option 3: £14.50) are per person.
Free squash is provided with all options for all guests in the party.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, group deal, or discount.
Meals are as stated in each option (Option 2 includes child's meal choice of chicken/veggie nuggets, sausage, or pizza with chips; Option 3 includes plain burger or hot dog with chips). Upgrades or alterations may incur extra charges.
Offers must be booked in advance by contacting enquires@xcelbowl.co.uk. Subject to lane and kitchen availability.
Food choices and any guest dietary requirements must be submitted prior to the event date to ensure smooth service.
Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required upon booking.

Getting your team's Christmas do locked in is super easy:

Let us know your preferred date and time, estimated party size, and any special requests.
Our events team will get back to you to confirm availability, finalise your menu choices, and secure your spot!

📋 Terms & Conditions

Pricing: £19.50 per person (inc. 1 game of bowling, 1 festive meal, and 1 selected drink).
Valid strictly for work, corporate, and team event bookings.
Must be booked in advance via enquires@xcelbowl.co.uk. Not available for walk-in bookings or standard online reservations.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
Includes standard soft drinks, slush puppie or selected house alcoholic beverages.
Food and drink selections, along with any guest dietary requirements, must be confirmed at least 14 days before your event.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your lanes. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled event date may result in a lost deposit.
Dates and lane slots fill up fast for the festive season and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
